CJC-1295 No-DAC
Synthetic GHRH analog (1–29 fragment) without the Drug-Affinity-Complex albumin linker. Referenced in pulsatile GH-release research alongside ipamorelin.
What the literature says.
Mechanism of action
Binds the GHRH receptor on somatotrophs, increasing cAMP and GH transcription/release. The four amino-acid substitutions resist DPP-IV cleavage and preserve receptor affinity.
Preclinical summary
CJC-1295 (no-DAC), also called Mod GRF 1-29, is a tetrasubstituted 30-amino-acid GHRH analog used in pulsatile GH-release studies without extended half-life behavior.
